Understand returns and costs
Open returned items for the reason when Takealot provides it. Unavailable information is shown as unavailable—not guessed. Order subtotals are not the same as payouts or profit.
Set stock alerts for your products
Choose the products you want to track and their low-stock thresholds. Add your own costs for planning estimates. Optional webhooks notify PriceChime about sale/status and offer updates.

No. Sales tracking, account analysis and stock alerts are included in Commercial.
Is everything live in real time?
No. Data depends on Takealot availability and refresh timing. Optional webhooks help signal updates; scheduled checks and manual refreshes still matter.
Are fees and profit always available?
Only reported fees are displayed as reported fees. Missing data is not treated as zero. Planning estimates depend on the costs you enter and are not accounting statements.
